feels pretty straightforward… idk. faustus simply wanted more knowledge!!!!!!!!! kind of liked how it was more about intellectual dissatisfaction than power and greed necessarily + despite his intellect he seems very easily swayed. alexander the great and helen of troy cameos went hard.
Started off as a good story, and a very interesting idea, but it just felt incomplete.

Bir şey söylememe gerek var mı? Bence yok.
It was quite the Halloween story to read when the leaves fall and the wind gives a mighty blow.
Read for my English literature class, and I enjoyed this for the most part. It got a little tedious towards the end, but I found this story intriguing as a whole. This guy was such an idiot. The scene where he’s so enthusiastically willing to give up his soul for a paltry 24 years of having a demon at his beck and call is fascinating in the same way I’d watch a train wreck.
Some excellent scenes at the beginning and ending, but the middle scenes leave a lot to be desired. Worth reading
