Despite the version of this story that is showing, I actually listened to HPLHS’ Dark Adventure Radio Theatre. It’s just not available here on GoodReads for whatever reason, but I digress. Would definitely recommend this book.

Not even close to his other works. My biggest problem with it was that it was so vague. The threat that lives in the shunned house is not developed well and it makes the story seem quite boring and flat.

Scary and thoughtful

An eerie story full of horrible smells, yet strangely thought- provoking. The dream scene was excellent and there's an almost uplifting ending by Lovecraft standards!

Otras de sus novelas cortas. He dudado un segundo en calificarla con menos, pero al final su encanto propio y los tatarabuelos de los ghostbusters me han convencido. Lo cierto es que esta casa encantada tiene su encanto entre descripciones abultadas de una Providence misteriosa, las referencias goticas a Poe y un maldición no convencional. La maldad se origina de la maldad, y los rasgos de este ciclo maldito son visibles a los ojos de alguna u otra forma. P.S: Estoy casi convencido que R.L Stine tiene que haber leído esto
