A very compelling read. Mad Max meets Godzilla with a deep emotional message within the plot.

The story is too bonkers to sum up and really serves to talk about the themes of the book: perseverance, hope, friendship and love. Behind the metal and action mask lies a profound message that resonates on multiple fronts.

A nice discovery (thanks to the great guys at Z Bookstore in Montreal). An action-packed graphic novel that will stay with me for quite some time, that’s rare!

The theme is stated (Blake Snyder would be proud) on page 5: ...METAL WILL DESTROY ALL EVIL!

Look, this isn't for everyone. But it is REALLY for some people. Murder Falcon is like a campy-by-design action movie, where the power of (heavy-metal) music is all that can defeat Magnum Khaos: the sum of all of humanity's bad thoughts.

Daniel Warren Johnson is quickly establishing himself as my own personal A-tier for comic creators (Brazilian twins Fábio Moon and Gabriel Bá have S-tier to themselves), and the artwork here is as excellent as I've come to expect from him.

A friend for whom this was a gift had this to say: "Finished Murder Falcon. Easily my favorite comic already; I’ve never really connected with the medium until this one. Thank you!"
