Man did this book mess with my moral compass! I couldn't help but cheer for Lana and Jake to destroy that whole town. It was on the insta love side with Lana and Logan, but it worked in this story. I really thought this book was going to wreck me. I'm glad I was wrong on how this was going to end. I kept thinking the worst case scenarios. I wasn't expecting the twist of who the originally killer was. One of the best romantic suspense books l've read in a long time. Sadly I read a tragic incident happened with this author before this series was published. If you are a fan of Dexter and other crime shows, this is definitely a must read!

I ate this series UP! I had been waiting to read this one for a while now & finally got around to it. I want a little more spice, but this was still super interesting & fun! The storyline kept me on my toes & while I could anticipate a bit of it, there were still some details & things that took me by surprise.

6 stars ⭐️ SO good, my favorite read so far this year!! Lana Meyers is the supreme FMC and this had me absolutely hooked. Super tragic plot with a fantastic ending
