I don't think I have to say it, but this is a great book. My only wish is that it was easier for me to get lost in this story. I really struggled about a quarter through... basically, everything with Tom Bombadil was just so hard for me to get through. After that, I did enjoy the story more, especially in book II of the book.
Even when I struggled, I really appreciated the writing and depth of this story. I now understand why these books have been so famous. Happy I read it.
