It just keeps getting better! A wonderful MM version of Law & Order!

Book two in the Casus Fortuitus Series is even better than the first taste. This is a trilling and intriguing ride, almost from the get-go. Brooke has created a suspenseful setting were law enforcement and justice system workers come under threat and the possibility of Derek being in the cross hairs is almost too much for the very protective James! The web of intrigue starts very peculiarly that you’re not sure what to think, but the way Brooke writes, draws you into her web and takes you along for the ride. I was impressed with the crimes and who the killer turned out to be! Very well written and the fact I didn’t figure out the who the killer was shows that the plot, crimes and scenes were so though threw and well done!

The additional characters from book one appear again and I love the Carter/Moore collective families dynamics. They add some comic relief, a good amount of wit and a great depth of love to the world for James and Derek. I enjoy seeing the love and care the families have for each other throughout this dangerous time.

The introduction of Peter was done so well and I look forward to seeing more of him (and Daniel) in Book 3!!

I really enjoyed Law and Disorder. It was like reading an episode of a crime show. :) James and Derek's relationship is part of the story, but there's an ensemble cast of characters, all involved in supporting the MCs and solving the crime. It's fast paced and I like the author's style of writing which I found particularly suited to the style of story.
