It might not be the best book of the series, but definitely the best written one!

I don't mind the downer ending really, but it feels like everything else is rushing to that conclusion and the book is less enjoyable because of it.

Kids suck

Not as good as the others, gets a bit lost in the love story, but still it is Douglas Adams so a four star read.

A strange ending to a strange series. The stuff with Ford and the Guide building was great. Arthur as THE SANDWICH MAKER truly spoke to me. The hint hint Elvis cameo was fun. Even the Grebulons were alright. The ending was abrupt and mostly unsatisfying, but that's pretty par for the course. Overall there was a lot to like in this final book, it might just be my favorite since the second one.
