this book took a long time to read and I honestly don’t know why, because it was really good. it’s basically just girls getting revenge on each other at a ballet school, it’s fast-paced, easy to read, YA, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to read it.

I love drama, and I love soap opera-type drama, too, and this really nailed it. Every page was entertaining, and that's what I'm looking for in the books I read. 8/10

This took me quite some time to finish... I did enjoy it a lot though! The characters were really interesting and I loved the diversity. The writing was good, but it wasn't anything special. I did find this book a little overly dramatic and repetitive at times. I think I'd have liked this book more if it'd been a little shorter. Despite of this, I really liked this book!

This book is DRAMA. And there's a lot that's not perfect about it: There are a ton of loose ends, the main romance is underveloped and therefore doesn't feel quite convincing, and there are only 3 likable characters in the entire book.
BUT! Here's the thing.. this book was fun. My favorite guilty pleasure movie is Center Stage, and I love reading and watching things about ballerinas. And while I didn't LIKE most of the characters, they were developed in ways that showed why they did what they did. They weren't likable, but they were interesting.
I had a ton of of fun with this and couldn't wait to get back to it when I put it down. Therefore, despite it's flaws, it gets 4 stars from me.
