The world in FMA is expanded and it was interesting to read about the complexity and history of FMA. There are new characters introduced and it was fun to read about the different characters and their relation to each other. I am still a fan of the art style, and the illustrations communicate the emotions and the atmosphere of the scenes.

I enjoyed the first volume fine, but it really picked up in this volume. It's still funny with light moments, but it also has a little more meat and power. After the first volume, I wasn't sure how much of the series I'd read. After this volume, I'll definitely keep going.
