I loved this book i love beauty and the beast inspired books so muchhhh so I knew I was gonna love this book the covers beautiful i love the main characters the spice is so good this book has a happy ending with no cliff hangers there’s no cheating or love triangles this a marriage of convenience the scenes between Emilio and Lucia were so cute and the spice was good i can’t wait for Alessandrio’s book overall i rated this book 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After reading this I think I've determined mafia books are not for me. This isn't the first mafia romance I've read and all of them just feel cheesy to me.
I did think this was a fun take on the story and I thought the parallels were well done while still being an original story. 
The overall writing was decent though I dod think the pacing dragged in some areas. I would have liked a better balance between mafia life and home life. 
As far as monster romance goes this was overall a pretty good book just not for me.
