This volume explores what it means to love someone, even if doing so could bring about your own end. Every answer the narrative gives is only met with countless more questions. I really appreciate how this manga tackles complex human emotions and doesn't place the blame on any one person. Every chapter leaves me dying for more.

This volume was really done well. It maintained the strangeness and creepiness of the first volume, whilst getting us closer to our characters and developing how they're facing their situation. Personally I think I just need a bit more time with yoshiki and Hikaru to really like them, but I'm really appreciating the twisted dynamic that they have and all these things sort of going unsaid, not to mention the insinuations of what could possibly happen in the future has me really excited for what might occur. At the moment we are still pretty slow in the actual plot points, despite the fact that the characters are evolving, but the weirdness of this series is perfection.
