I don’t usually read horror books. I didn’t actually realize this fit in that category when I started. I am not a huge fan of the supernatural type mysteries but this story was fast paced and enjoyable overall.

I liked the climax through the end, but there was quite a bit of the book that couldn’t seem to know what it wanted to be. There are definitely twists I didn’t see coming, so kudos to that. But I also really didn’t connect with the MFC. She makes a lot of questionable choices…
