This was a wonderful story.

I loved how Amanda was finally able to clear guilt that was not hers from something her father had done. Rafe was also able to clear up some of his own guilt when it came to his wife's death. These two together were a great romance showing the power of forgiveness to others and to ones' self.

I love this author and can't wait to see where she goes next.

Honestly super cute - could have skipped the "I don't need no man" talk in the beginning like girl do you even know you're in a Hallmark story?? But cute characters and a sweet story

In The December Market by RaeAnne Thayne, we are introduced to Amanda; a woman who’s relationship with Christmas is tenuous at best but as the director of the local market has to always have her game face on. Rafe, the single dad and local fire chief has his hands full between his son and his father, but can’t help but notice Amanda.

Is this a Hallmark movie book? Absolutely, and I loved every second of it. Light angst, multidimensional characters you can invest in, and the perfect amount of holiday cheer. Highly recommended and it definitely helped get me out of this…slump.
