A simple read.
No need to investigate any of the themes or meanings further, they’re all spelled out within the text. It was a simple book that didn’t go too deep in any direction, but rather coasted across the surface of more complex concepts such as quantum physics and the one conscious theory. It’s good in the sense of an introduction to these topics, but over-explains them to prevent the need for any real mental involvement from the reader.
Unfortunately, you have to get around the whiny, uncreative, limited nature of the narrator/main character: Nora. Truly a woman written by a man.

Overall it was an easy read that helped introduce philosophical concepts.

An interesting way to look at the decisions we make and the regrets we have. In the end we have to Live the life we have.

An enjoyable and optimistic read, though predictable (I guessed exactly how it would end and how we would arrive there almost immediately). The writing is easy to read and doesn’t veer into the cheesy, even if there are some “fairy tale” elements throughout.
The ending has the reader believing that a perspective shift is enough to change a suicidal person’s whole reality and offer them a fresh start. I would’ve loved to see the author develop this more - it has me wondering whether Nora really can find happiness in the same set of circumstances that initially brought her despair now that she sees the world differently
