This is a fun little horror anthology! The art is great, and I loved that it was equal parts weird and horrifying. Horror that explores liminal spaces like motels, etc, is some of my favorite, and this didn't disappoint. I enjoyed some stories more than others and some characters more than others, but overall, but I like that each story has its own payoff and somehow connects to the other stories.

I am interested to know more about the caretaker of the motel, so hopefully that's included in later volumes.

I've already got the next collection downloaded and ready to read.

Very creepy with a surprisingly hopefully ending. Content warning for risk to pregancy

Creative horror but we don't spend enough time with any of the characters to emphasize with them or root for them. The ending is a surprise

This is the first graphic novel I have read, So I wasn't exactly sure how to go about rating one. That being said I chose my rating based solely on the story line of this graphic novel. I liked the story line, it was very easy to follow, thrilling not necessarily scary but still very good. I liked that two of the characters seemed to have a happy ending and would honestly love more stories about the creepy hotel of route 66!

I thought the illustration of this was stunning and very real life comic like! I used to love comics when I was young but never graduated to graphic novels, even though i have seen many, they just always looked and felt more like picture books with words until now!
