This was okay. I know it's a short story but I feel like we could have gotten more details. The chapters were really short and the ones about the night of the murder were fine, but all the ones with police interrogation were too quick. It doesn't seem realistic for all the interviews in a murder investigation to last about 5 minutes at most, though the author does go through them in an order that gave the story some interest. The resolution felt too much like trying to tie a pretty bow at the end to wrap it all up. Overall I didn't enjoy the writing style.

This is one of those books where I wish it was longer and yet it was also the perfect length. It's a weird combination. This was a really fun mystery to follow - all because one guy couldn't keep it in his pants.
This was just okay. It entertained me enough on audio while I cleaned my house so it did its job.
