this had a perfect premise and an okay resolution 😬 sally hepworth always knows how to write the perfect blend between domestic thrillers and off the wall mysteries, and this was no exception!

low key I wanted to be part of the ex wives club … a cordial (ish) relationship with your ex husband, free food at his renowned restaurant, and friends for life? count me in 🤪

I loved the back and forth between the interviews with the police & the actual events of the night - I could have totally read an entire book instead of a short story with this format! however, the actual execution of the plot was a bit predictable and very sudden at the last 10 pages of the book or so…

nonetheless, this currently sits at my favorite installment so far of this miniseries!!
