Such a beautiful, sweet story of sisters reuniting and finding each other again while they find themselves! I absolutely adore Jenny Bayliss!

This is the first book that I have read by Jenny and it did not disappoint. The story line of this book is centered around 3 sisters who have grown apart and are trying to find their way back to each other after their fathers death. Each sister is grappling with something and has to work through it in order to complete the tasks set out for them in their fathers will. The character develop of each of the sisters is written so well and really focuses on them in the individual and group aspects. I enjoyed the nods to small villages in England and really get transported there via the way it was written. It was great read that really tugged at the heart strings in a good way. Would recommend to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by this book! Initially I thought it wasn’t up my alley, but it turned out to be really sweet and heartwarming. It is a great winter read, and while it wasn’t the most sophisticated plot, I really enjoyed it :)

This is such a wholesome holiday story of sisterhood and community, I loved every bit! The acknowledgments also cracked me up, and definitely left an impression.

Cozy, charming, delightful.

I especially loved that this is a book set at Christmas focusing on three sisters instead of the usual romantic couple. The North Sisters only saw each other in the summers when they visited their eccentric bohemian father. As they became adults, they grew apart and have been estranged for years. Upon Augustus' death, they have to come together to settle his estate.

Thank you to G.P. Putnam's Sons and NetGalley for the advanced reader copy of this book. I am required by law to disclose this in my review.

This was a great winter read- I laughed, I cried, I felt seen. The book does a great job of capturing the complex relationship between siblings and how differences between siblings can be their greatest asset. While not as lighthearted as I expected going into it, I feel like I gained a lot from reading this book. Mind the content warnings though.
