challenging dark emotional inspiring reflective

Beautiful. Again, it's so well written, we see the characters grow in not always the best ways. There are hard decisions to make, we lose people, there is a lot of politics and manipulation, and all done brilliantly. Every character we get to follow has their motives and reasons and goals wich is just so damn fasinating.
There are difficould topics in here but its all handeld with respect and care and not like some other books made into a spectical thats just feels like trauma porn, no not this series. This is currently my favorite historical fantasy duology.
I can not give enough praise; this is perfection for me.
