This unique story I woven together beautifully. There is a lot of world building and character introduction in this, so there is a lot of information. I loved the characters Austyn, Cassius, Kyra and Drake. They are all unique and I can't wait to get to know them even more!

This one does end on a pretty brutal cliffhanger(s), shocking, I know... it's everything we expect from the twisted sisters. I am so ready to dive into book 2. With everything that happened at the end, it's sure to be action packed.

I struggled so much to get through this book. Look, do I expect well crafted pieces of classic literature from the Twisted Sisters? No. Do I expect to get lost in a weird story and have fun doing it? Yep, but that did not happen for me with this book.  When I read ZA I blinked and two weeks of my life was gone. This book just did not capture my attention in the same way. 

My biggest complaint is that it felt very repetitive especially in the beginning. I felt like I was reading the same three chapters over and over again. Really the story didn’t catch my attention until the last 100 pages and even then I skimmed. I’m intrigued enough to continue the series but I’m not holding out much hope for it.
