Janet Evanovich strikes again! Such a fun ride, lots of bumps and twist, incredibly hilarious dialogue - especially with Grandma Mazur and Lula, and the ever-present "will they/won't they" of Morelli and Ranger. And, I'm constantly amused by how many different ways Janet can come up with to destroy Stephanie's cars!

Who doesn’t love Stephanie Plum? These are always guaranteed to bring enjoyment: a little bit mysterious, slightly silly and laugh out loud. Stephanie gets herself into all sorts of difficult scenarios relying on a host of quirky characters to get her out. Add a couple of romantic interests and some not to be messed with grandmothers and you can be guaranteed a good time reading. Easy and uncomplicated; just genuine fun.

Evanovich does it again. Stephanie's mother seems to be hitting the booze a bit more often and earlier, but everyone is pretty much themselves and the FTAs are just as quirky and elusive as ever. After 29 books, the formula is firmly in place and working for both the author and the fans.

Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC of this book. If you've read one Stephanie Plum book, you've basically read them all. Which is not a bad thing. The characters are solidly themselves and predictably entertaining. If you like Evanovich, this one won't disappoint you.
