I have read all of the Stephanie Plum books. I have enjoyed all but some of them were interchangeable. This latest one though had a better plot and used a supporting character or two more than in previous books! That was a nice change!

Funny, great mystery, interesting events. Super enjoy all of the Stephanie plums. Hoping that there’s more to some of the topics in this book and I missed diesel. Wish some more wicked would be written but I digress. This book was really another great installment to her crazy job and her bad luck.

A few years back, I took a break from the Stephanie Plum novels. They had gotten too repetitive for me, and I was sick of the torn between two lovers thing. Glad i came back. Steph is no longer an incompetent bounty hunter, she's in on the joke of having two men hung up on her, and the other characters, like Lula, Bob, and her grandmother, are still funny a.f. A fun distraction from my reality.

It’s been awhile since I checked in with Stephanie and the gang, and they still there in the Burg, up to shenanigans. A funny hilarious romp, trampling modern society with witty (dare I say smart-a$$) comments. Everyone gets into the act, even Morelli’s grandson Bella. And of course Stephanie gets her cars blown up and sometimes other people’s cars are collateral damage too. I mean, yes, this is normal… right. Some might say, the books are formulaic, but I draw comfort from following the formula. And the next book is number 30! My goodness, how time flies! Going back over my Goodreads, looks like I’ve missed a bunch Stephanie Plum’s in the 20’s. I’m gonna have to remedy that situation.
