The Plum novels have been a struggle to read in the past with little character development and a fairly repetitive approach. In book 29, finally Stephanie Plum has some self awareness and develops as a character. Sure she is still confused over which guy to permanently date but Morelli has to be odds on favourite. 
This is a quick escape with a few laughs along the way.
