i loved this book. i will say that her being the little girl threw me off bc she was 10 and he was 17 but the author didn’t make it uncomfortable or romantic in anyway and i was scared that it may end up like that, but it wasn’t at all. i thought it was beautiful that they found each other again

Este livro conta a história de uma professora assistente, a Rachel e o professor principal, Caine. Ele é o professor casmurro e que não desculpa atrasos, ela é resmungona e pouco organizada. Ambos se conhecem num bar por um acaso, no entanto não Caine tem a sensação que já a conhece só não sabe de onde!
A minha opinião acerca do livro é que não gostei nada…
Pareceu uma relação super forcada, em que ele tem sempre um sentimento de culpa de que tudo o que acontece é por culpa dele e não merece ser feliz… ambos se odeiam literalmente desde o primeiro capítulo mas nem sequer existe a construção da relação! Ora se odeiam ora estão na cama 🙄🙄🙄
Já para não falar da igreja…
Não consegui gostar mesmo deste livro! Li porque esta autora é o guilty pleasure de muitas pessoas e quis experimentar, mas sinceramente não gostei muito :/

Just trying to catch up on this author..
Rachel bumps into a guy and falsely accuses him of something not knowing she will meet him again.
You can tell Rachel and Cain have chemistry from the first moment they meet.. it’s a very lovely well written story.
