At first I was like…wow a little mundane. Then the magic/sci fi hit and OH MY GOD I was 100% invested from then on. Seriously a 10/10 experience.

This book is a celebration of queerness! The quirky characters, the delightfulness of every side character and the magic of Jane is absolutely intoxicating. As long as you can choose to suspend your disbelief long enough to embrace the love interest being physically stuck in time, you will love this book. The sapphic love story is delightful and warm to the touch and I had such fun reading this!!

cute!! :] good chemistry and banter, i liked the side characters (even if they didn't have much personality imo, free nico), and i adore the found family bits :) the pacing is kinda weird -- the first half was rly dragging for me, def had more fun reading the second, even if it felt a lil rushed. the mystery was interesting to explore, although the reveal felt slightly too convenient????
turns out they're all connected sigh,,,,
this also happened to other things august /seemed/ to struggle with, as they all meant nothing in the long run. also, pls stop the pda train,
was not a fun of the public hook up, ty
