I absolutely love this book series. I am re-reading it since Martin claims to be working on finishing the next book this year.
While re-reading this book, I found myself struggling more staying in the world - which is unique for me since I re-read books often. I first read this book in college, now almost ten years ago, however, after I started reading, it felt like all the memories of the series were still fresh in my mind (I did not watch the show). I found myself wincing and wishing to pause, and dream of what this would could be if Ned/Lady had never died.
Never the less, the books is still engrossing and compelling. Strangely addicting, even if the writer continues to gut punch you.

Jako první jsem viděla seriál a upřímně, asi neznám jiné dílo, které by se své předlohy drželo tak věrně (snad jen scény s Daenerys a pár dalších byly trochu jinak). Užila jsem si to, místy to je takové trochu natáhnuté, ale bavilo mě to :)
