I won’t lie: I mostly skimmed this book. It was not worth any more time than skimming allowed. It was too surface level for me. I wanted far more details towards the difficulties of approaching minimalism and how to make it happen. I also wanted less memoir.
Apparently, I would find more of the information I’m looking for if I spent time on their website instead.

I really liked this one. The organization of it was lovely. I also appreciate that it was broken down into doable pieces. It was very concise and informative.

This is a very minimalist book, which is the point. But I do like that they point this out and give you resources where you can find more information. It's a book that will let you have a peek at what minimalism is and if you think it's for you.

A fun short read overall. If you watched their documentary then you will see a lot of the same narrative in this book. I felt like this book focused on identifying values and priorities while peppering in minimalism.

I completely subscribe to the concept of Mininalism, and the various theories surrounding it. I also strongly believe that everyone is entitled to his/her own definition of minimalism. On these two things, I agree with everything in this book.
I also learned a bit about the exercise routine mentioned in this book.
Apart from these, there wasn't much for me to take away here, coz I have read or followed most of the things mentioned here.
Read this book if you want to take baby steps into this world - minimalism, to know how and where to start. Don't expect this book to give you pointers on what to jettison from your life, just derive from what you read here.
