I haven’t read a comfy rom-com in awhile and I’ve seen this book going around last year and decided to finally pick this up and OMG🥹 this was so cute and beautifully written. I love Tiffy and Leon’s relationship! Especially in the beginning when their friendship developed through notes to each other around the flat before they’ve met and how it’s so innocent and sweet. I also love the mc’s friendships because it adds a layer of comfort and playfulness in the story that makes you love all the characters even more.

This book was full of deep complex relationships, well depicted struggles and very strong characters with emotional complexity and depth. I really loved Tiffy and Leon and they had strong points of view and were really distinct with differences but such good compatibility. The plot wasn't super predictable, which is my fear going into most rom-coms and while I knew what the ultimate outcome would be, the journey there was really special and empowering.
