Very sweet book! However, the accents were hard to discern at higher speeds on audio and eventually I lost interest because I couldn’t keep the speed I wanted.

Lol this was like a warm bath for my brain. Just implausibly quirky (yet un-flawed) people having witty banter and falling in love. Completely meaningless and soothing!

really sweet and lovely and warm and fuzzy :(
first time i’ve read a romance and felt like i actually cared about the side plots/quests. like yeah what is up w richie. which johnny white is it. like i was invested.
only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there is no sex scene.
i’m sorry but when the characters themselves keep saying why haven’t we had sex yet when are we having sex for over the course of 150 pages at least, and then we finally get there and all i get is a Mention that it happened. that’s not enough.
also i loved Leon’s caveman brain

Pidin kirjan ideasta ja siitä, ettei se ollut ihan perinteinen, vaikka toki lopputulema oli alusta asti selvä.

if youre into a fun kinda light-hearted romance then this book is great. i think it also did a good job of not rushing the romance and acknowledging the traumas of past relationships (it also showed how kay affected leon in that one scene where he thought tiffy would be mad cause he suddenly changed her plans or smthng). as a reader, you get to spot justin’s red flags from the first few chapters even though it was tiffy’s pov so it was a good touch showing the manipulation justin did to tiffy. gave it four stars cause the bit about martin was predictable and the epilogue is a bit too cheesy and rushed in a way?
