DID NOT FINISH

Not the book's fault. We read it for book club and I fell behind. Simply don't have time to come back to it.

Inspiring read - informative about the climate crisis in Africa told through the author’s personal growth journey. I always appreciate when there’s actionable ideas about the subject matter to end the book, and the name drops of other activist organizations to support for this cause.

the tone and style is definitly simulair to any other social problem related book, but this topic has bought things into a new light. the ending of the book made me lose my attention quite a bit, but overall was this book a great way to educate yourself

A page turner on youth climate activism. The title itself is literal and figurative from the "crop out" incident she went through with the Associated Press to closing that gap in climate awareness and coverage in terms of vulnerable communities and climate consequences in the Global South.
