In true Margot Scott fashion Stay Baby Stay grips the reader from the first page and takes you on a sweet and sensuous journey.
Holly and Kenzie are 2 young women, best friends because of fate, who are just trying to make their way in this world.
Holly meets Caleb at a party and this begins the inevitable attraction between this couple and circumstances draw them together in a protective relationship.
I loved this story!

Devilishly Dirty Daddy

4.5 stars - That was 33 chapters of OH-EM-GEEEE! It starts very dark and depressing. My heart was pounding as the suspense ebbed and flowed. Then there was a shimmer of a beautiful light before light and dark took turns at the wheel, driving this story home.

It should be pointed out that there are several triggers in these 200 or so pages. It deals with a serial killer who preys on VERY young women who are mostly invisible to the world. Sadly, he's not the only depraved person encountered.

While the darkness is what brought Holly and Caleb together, I'd rather focus on the sweet and steamy relationship between this 18 year-old runaway with serious social anxiety and a cop in his late 30s. I love their story and how they fill the holes in each others souls.

Another thing to love? We get to see Teagan and Jonah from book 1. You don't need to read the first book to keep up but if you've read it, you'll get bonus time with them! We also see the hope of the setup for book 3.

At the end of the day, I'd say this one is dark, delicious, and Daddy dirty.

A Surprisingly Powerful & Moving Story of Love & Survival...

Well now.... After reading the first book in Margot Scott's "Daddy Loves You" series, and finding it enjoyable but devoid of anything terribly memorable, I am shocked at how good this one was!

Here with book two, "Stay Baby Stay", is a tale well beyond your typical daddy kink book. With this installent Scott gifts us with a well written, suspenseful, heart wrenching, trauma filled juggernaut of a survival story featuring Cal from book one, and new characters Holly and MacKenzie.

Written in the same general theme as the first, Holly is an eighteen year old living on the razer's edge of life with her best friend MacKenzie. Both young women running from an abusive past within the foster care system, a system she and Kenzie ran from at the tender age of 15 after their foster dad does unspeakable things. Now years later Holly is facing the most difficult and dangerous events in her young life as she and her friend try and survive within a world that sees them as nothing more than what their sex can offer the depraved rich and powerful men stalking all around them.

And while the girls are struggling to survive, Cal, (Jonah's friend and ex police partner now a homicide detective) is about to enter their orbit in a way neither could have predicted. As a detective undercover gathering evidence against a group of rich and powerful men in his small town doing heinous things to young girls. Things that unbeknownst to him will put him on a direct collision course with Holly. An event that alters their lives and the lives of those closest to them forever.

What follows is a story so intense, so fast-paced it is like taking the most suspenseful James Bond tale and slamming it together with an episode of Law & Order SVU laced with Hannibal Lecter level bad guys! It is an astonishingly powerful mixture of abuse, murder, redemption, and love I've ever read in a book laced heavily with daddy/little themes.

Yes there are triggering elements of sexual abuse, prostitution, murder, pedophilia, and an overall dark tone of abuse that may offend those sensitive to such subjects. There is also an underlying theme of daddy/little kink that may also trip out some of the more vanilla minded. However, if you can read this book for what it is without judgement you will be richly rewarded.

What a huge difference one installment can make as this book is light years better than the first!

Cal is adorable and I love him! Such a great read. This plot had me guessing until the very last second. But it’s also very steamy. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
