This book is perfect for the Star Wars lover. In fact, I have a friend who it is absolutely perfect for. The focus is on Rey through many moments found in "The Force Awakens" "The Last Jedi" and "The Rise of Skywalker." Princess Lei, the Porgs, Luke Skywalker....all make an appearance. I love how the soft illustrations add a more human touch to familiar characters as opposed to overt Disney representation.
It's kind of a trivial book. Yes, we all get it that they is no one quite like "you." I get it. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

I'm always glad to have some Star Wars picture books for the collection! This one has a positive self-identity message (which if you know Rey's story arc in this trilogy it makes sense). I liked seeing how the illustrations are from some big scenes from this recent trilogy.

The kind of book that is perfect for graduations or sending kids off to a new adventure through a self-affirming message - with a Star Wars twist.

This was really sweet, and the illustrations capture the characters and locations in a unique and appealing style. I always nitpick self-empowerment books, which is why it took me so long to pick this one up, but I really liked it.

Three stars because I enjoyed the illustrations, the text is regurgitated clichés and platitudes.

OMG! This was so cute, sweet, and positive! It felt like watching an episode of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, but it also touched on each of the movies in the Star Wars sequel trilogy. I can't wait to share this with my nieces and nephews!
