I loved the characters in this. Although I got their names confused for about the first half, they each had such dynamic personalities, and I grew to love everyone individually. The story is so cool because of time travel and if people can prevent tragedy from striking, and I think it's such a fantastic story of friendship. I love it so much.

Sooo...I checked out the first omnibus from the library and made it like a chapter into volume 2 before I realized I'm just not feeling this right now, at least not enough to read a three-volumes-in-one collection all at once.
I think Kakeru is by far the most compelling thing about this so far. I'm genuinely concerned for him and interested to see more of what's going on in his life. I also really dig the art style.
It's just not grabbing me at all yet. Maybe I'll give it another go later but I've had this omnibus in my house for three weeks so I guess it's just not the time 🤷♀️
On a more spoilery note, I do agree with a criticism I've heard about (cw: suicide)the premise revolving around these kids being more or less responsible for preventing their friend's suicide. As in, the future versions of themselves are looking back and realizing that if they had only made the right choices, their friend wouldn't have done what he did. That's...not the healthiest way to look at something like this, and it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I'm interested to see if that mindset being unhealthy is, in fact, what the manga is getting at. We'll see!

Moderate: Death, Suicide, Death of parent
Minor: Toxic relationship, Car accident
нехай далі історія трохи скотилась, але перші два томи дуже цікаві, і персонажі викликають симпатію
