This is the first Tintin book I read. It probably isn't the best to start with, and maybe that's why it didn't impress me. For it's genre, I bet it's a brilliant comic, but I personally didn't think too highly of it.

Clearly, I am reading these in the most random order. I can't believe this is where Tintin meets Captain Haddock for the first time!

Not the best of Tintin's adventures, but still a great read! Perfect for children! The only "adult" thing about the book is that Tintin is on the trail of opium smugglers. If you are like me and love the Tintin books, then you'll want to read them all. I would probably not rank this one in the top 5, however.
