I love that the FMC is from India and that she gets to exist beyond this identity (i.e., I believe her past was reference in one sentence and spoken of no further). The cozy story was really heartwarming and Mandanna really loves to drop one-liners that transcend the story and have applicability in our very own lives. 

My only gripe with this story is that the FMC and MMCs were described as a grumpy x sunshine relationship, and while I saw the MMC's grump, I had a hard time believing the FMC's sunshine.

Apesar da capa fofinha, colorida, bem vibe YA esse livro é uma fantasia adulta. E quando digo fantasia adulta, é +18 meeeesmo. Pra quem procura uma fantasia de volume único, que entregue uma protagonista bem escrita, real, representativa, cheia de nuances e camadas; que entregue também coadjuvantes extremamente carismáticos e diferentes em suas personalidades, que cada vez mais se enriquecem junto com a protagonista a medida que você vai descobrindo passados e pensamentos; além de um desenvolvimento completamente reconfortante, cozy, esse livro é pra você.
Nao sou a pessoa mais interessada em romances ou a crianças, mas nesse livro é impossível não se envolver com esses dois aspectos.
Tudo é bem amarradinho. Sangu parece construir tijolo por tijolo o final que recebemos. Está tudo lá o tempo todo, bem sedimentado, bem colocado, o que torna o plot twist e a conclusão ainda mais recompensadoras. Mika, Jamie, Ken, Ian, Lucie, Rosetta, Altamira, Terracota farão muita falta. Parece que vivi com eles naquela casa por alguns dias. Ah ta bom vai, vou sentir falta da Primrose tambem.
