Surprisingly, I did enjoy some of this book, but still can't overlook various problems with the author and series. I felt the representation is very token and the diverse characters aren't fully explored or reduced to stereotypes. I enjoyed the plot, although it did feel predictable in places. Again, I enjoyed the book but wouldn't go as far to day as I liked it.
