This classic suffers the most when it comes to spoilers, unfortunately, as the title is literally synonymous with the final twist (and there's not much else that happens in this story other than the twist itself). That said, the plot and characters are still fascinating enough to keep pace.

"If he be Mr. Hyde, then I shall be Mr. Seek."

I actually was not spoiled on the plot twist, I don't know how, but it was predictable nonetheless. I think the plot was pretty good. It kind of has the same formula as a lot of creepy books from its time (Frankenstein, Dracula), which is to be expected. The main character was bland, the writing wasn't great. It's a classic, and for a classic it certainly isn't bad, but I also wouldn't say I enjoyed a lot of it.

Not the greatest story ever, but a quick and easy read/listen (I listened to the audiobook). I was expecting something a little more creepy and mysterious. I suppose that, for its time, this would have hit the mark, but reading it now just isn't the same I'm sure. It was, however, an interesting take on the duality of a person.
