I'm increasingly sure that the author has some professional background or knowledge of psychology. I would be happy if more authors were approaching and describing mental and emotional personalities like Rina Kent does.
Saying that, although my understanding of personality traits (see how I avoid saying disorders) is not really up to date, I do think that the ones described in this book were not fully correct. I feel like Kent made MMC more empathetic than she wanted to be, which is the opposite of the classical definition of personality he personifies. Maybe Kent did that so we could like MMC more?... The same goes for FMC. Although, I enjoyed the story I couldn't connect with the main characters. They just didn't stir much in me, I didn't like them and I didn't dislike them. Tho, I might also say - I couldn't connect as I'm not in their particular kink...

Nevertheless, I enjoyed the book, the supporting characters, and the background stories gave additional notes to the overall experience.

Looking forward to reading the next story in the series.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ My opinion

What the hell did this book turn into 🫥
It’s safe to say that I’m beyond disappointed here…this book HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL!! Not half way through it all escalated. I thought it was going to be a 5 star at first!! The dynamic was fabulous and everything was roses and violets until half way through it was just drama drama and DRAMA. I’m not a hater for drama but it was all just over the top…
I think it might be one of the worst of this series imo judging by the vibes of the rest 😭 but I’ll have to read them and see.
