FINALLY I HAVE FINISHED IT AND HOLY WOW.

I've been reading this since August. I got sidetracked, and slumpy and it continued for months until now. As much as I love these books so much, they just take time to absorb all the information of what's actually happening in them.

Arya is my favorite character ever. I love her so much and seeing her evolve more in this book was excellent. I love Gendry and Hot Pie too when we get her chapters. I'll always love Jon as well and Ghost. They are my second favorite characters ever. This installment, I've found other characters who I loathe and love. Still wish Joffrey was dead, and Cersei. Catelyn continues to grow on me. I love Bran and Dany. Rickon is a pain in the ass. I get he's a child but he's a rude one. Sansa finally sees the wrong in Joffrey so she's grown on me a lot. I found Davos to be an interesting POV that we got in this. Tyrion did more well for himself. I like his character. Theon on the other hand. I didn't mind him, then he captured Winterfell and killed Bran and Rickon. Then he was a massive coward. Rollercoaster feelings for him as a character.

This definitely had a crazy plot to it. Yes it has slow parts to it but in the end the story was so good and so hard to put down because of everything that was happening. Also that whole plot twist at the end with Bran?! WHAT?!

"The Lord of Winterfell would always be a Stark" (713)

I'm excited to see what's planned to happen next and to see the new characters that will be introduced in the next book. But I'll be waiting a little while before I dive into it because it's so long and I have other books to read. But soon I'll be continuing on this journey.

Davos' chapters were really enjoyable. I wish there were more than 4 of them.

Dragons grow slower than I expected. Don't trust people with blue lips.

I sort of wish there were chapters for Robb or someone still in his party.

The Catelyn chapter with Jaime Lanister is definitely some of the best written dialogue in the book so far. I'm excited that Jaime gets a chapter at the beginning of A Storm of Swords.

God damn

A worthy follow up that feels like a continuation of the original. Expands Martin's world in riveting fashion, particularly as it reaches its final chapters.

Yes, I'm reading this one for the third time. Because it's been forever since A Feast For Crows came out, and I have to remind myself what happened before I read A Dance With Dragons.
