This memoir is a masterpiece that truly encapsulates the lovely thing that is womanhood and friendship. I can’t say much without spoilers but this. It is very different from what I thought it would be in the best way possible and filled me with the warm and fuzzies and a new found sense of contentment as I age. I would recommend this novel to any twenty something woman out there!

this was really beautiful, while cementing stuff i sort of know as an 18 year old hopeless romantic without a fully developed frontal lobe yet, it was a really beautiful memoir and reminded me that not all love stories are romantic and life is messy and unpredictable and difficult and unfair but also really wonderful when you finally have that sense of self, when you are actually content and have peace.

Nicely written book. Didn’t like the first 100 pages. I felt they were repetitive and boring to me both in theme and style.  The book is an ode to friendships and that’s what I really really enjoyed.
