This book is the reason why they should allow you to be able to rate a book 6 stars because what the fuck?!
This one took me a long time to finish, but it was so worth it. It was so worth every minute I spent reading because I had such a blast. This book had such a chokehold on me that I somehow read the last half of the book in one day. 300 pages in one sitting, that's batshitcrazy for me.
I'm blind like Winter when it comes to Damon's red flags because oh me oh my does that man live in my head rent free. I can't put into words the obsession I have with this man, but let's just say that I too would forgive this man for ruining my entire life. Leave him to me. I can change him, no really I can, your honour.
Oh and sweet Winter. I truly feel for all the shit she went through. My girl totally deserved so much better what the fuck.
The trauma and depression representation in this book made me feel seen, heard and felt in all the right ways.
Long story short, I absolutely loved this book and this entire series already has a very very very special place in my heart. And i'm so not ready for it to ever end.
(Also, do we ever find out what the fuck they named their kid??? Not mentioning that in this book should be considered a crime!!!)

This book is the best in the series so far.
I was so unsure about it, and was not as interested in it at first. I rewound and listened to chapter 9 twice, (iykyk). Then I was like “something is happening in Damon I need to know about.”
I recommend this because he’s such a complex character.

4.5 ⭐️ lost 1/2 star because of the audiobook but this story was so good! I was actually not looking forward to Damon’s story, but I was enraptured after the first 25%!!!
I’m sorry guys, I tried sooooo hard to love this. You know, when I first read Corrupt, there was something so addictive about its dark/intense vibe. I was excited and on the edge of my seat to know what was going to happen next. Hideaway was such a mess that I don’t know what more to say about it other than that… and now that I’ve read Kill Switch I’m just like what is happening to this story line? Lol
My rating for this would probably go up by a lot more if this story was cut in half. Why is this over 600 pages long and the most exciting parts are crammed into the beginning and the very end?
It took me close to a month to finish this and that was me forcing myself to finish it tonight so it didn’t sit on my nightstand any longer lol.
I understand Damon more now as a character since we got to see his past in this book, but still the redemption arc was minimal and can we even really call it a ‘redemption’ arc? Hahahahahaha
And please can someone tell me why there’s a threesome or basically a 4some at the end of every book? I mean shit, not that I’m really complaining

Maybe I went through some character development since reading the first two books because I enjoyed this considerably less despite it being the most popular of the series
