This book changed my life. I had slowly been spiraling into my anger, feeling as though I was wrong or the way I was feeling wasn't justified, and I found this book at the perfect time. Rebecca Traister's writing is some of the best I've ever encountered, and the narrative told is gutwrenching, but inspiring. I cannot recommend this book enough, and especially recommend picking it up as an audiobook, as it is read by the author.
