I wished it showed more of the weekend adventures, it kinda skipped through those exciting moments... But still - the story continues and it enthralling!

The story just exploded in the Locke and Key universe. Amazing just that! Complex issues like race, trust, sadness, regret are painted in fine detail. Dependencies change and a villain that is one of the best out there. Best read of the year so far! Will read Vol 5 now.
Today is the aftermath of the attacks in Paris, an attempt to drive life away from all the shades and diversity that makes the world a better place. By chance It is kind of a mirroring of what the villain Lucas Caravaggio tries to do in these graphic novels. it is either you are his friend or his foe. Chilling.

Blew through a large chunk of iTunes credit in comixology for this series in a very short span of time. This series is actually getting better and better.

This series is so creative and has me at the edge of my seat with each volume I read. This volume does not disappoint and moves you quickly along the plot giving you some amazing artwork and some dark moments. It was great to be introduced to so many new keys this time around and I can’t wait to read even more.

Things really started jumping around near the end but THAT ENDING. *dashes upstairs for the next one*

My brain has decided to fancast Zachary Quinto for Zack/Dodge/that guy, and I'm quite okay with it. Between Heroes, Star Trek and American Horror Story, I can TOTALLY see him pulling off a character like this. And the lip ring? HAWWWT. I was so scared early on when Ty ditched his dad's hat. It calls to mind that "hoe don't do it" meme. And Kinsey's dude friends are cool. So's Jackie, but Kavanaugh is something else. Bloke cracks me up. And I love that he's British.

SO MANY KEYS. THANK YOU, ending key glossary, for keeping them all straight and organized and detailed for me <3

AND. For whatever reason, Sam Lesser's ghost sounds like Kate Mulgrew's interpretation of Charlie Manx from NOS4A2. I like.

Right now I'm mad that I had to come into work on a perfectly good Friday morning when I could otherwise be tearing through volume 5. Alas.
