Currently my favourite comic series and one of the few books I read monthly. A fantastic concept well executed by a master writer and a an artist that matches every script. Having said that, this was where I picked up the series - in on Volume 4 instead of starting at the start, so it was a little bit confusing.

If you like horror/dark fantasy and aren't currently reading Locke and Key, you're missing out.

By far my favorite Graphic Novel series ever. The final volume absolutely brought tears to my eyes. Fantastic series as a whole!

This series has proven to be one of the best things I've ever read in comics. Fantastic horror, creative magical mythos, positive portrayals of queer characters, and direct looks at a few of the subtle forms of contemporary racism. As many other readers and comic creators have said, this will be a series I recommend to my friends who haven't read any/many comics or graphic novels.

I love seeing them branching out with homage and different storytelling techniques. Keys to the Kingdom is on par with the rest of the series, with is to say outstanding and spooktacular.

Some really good twists and tugs in this edition. Joe Hill's creativity found in his book, continues in this comic series. In fact, while the visuals add a lot, I'm sure this would be very good as a story in a book.
