This one is another of my metal meets horror picks, but it's more rock-n-roll karaoke than metal (though I still stand by my previously stated opinion that if you mix rock-n-roll and a cosmic horror succubus what you get is de facto metal). There's some really funny lines and some pretty cool imagery but I found Corey too annoying to ever give a damn about him, still would recommend this one because the idea behind it is really cool.

Editing this review because I just realized it's the second time I've read/tried to read a book by this author when I wasn't in the right headspace for it, so this one is going on the reread later pile (in other words take my star rating with a grain of salt).
