2.5 ★ 0% thriller. 0% suspenseful. this is just one of those ‘everyone kinda sucks’ situations and the story is just depressing. a simple ‘whodunnit’ case where all the answers are laid out in front of you before you even reach the end or maybe even halfway. this made me feel icky and sad. It was drawn out way too much but it was written and executed so well that I guess she got the point across. seeing that the author labels this as a mystery makes a lot more sense but even that’s a stretch.
I like her books as they are an easy read. This one was a bit predictable though so it's not my favourite of her books.
Really good thriller! Gave me the creeps and was disgusting however I predicted the twists so that’s the only reason it wasn’t 5 stars

I liked this book a lot, especially towards the end. At first I thought some of the romance lines were corny and other parts were creepy but it came together in the end. Some things were so blatantly obvious and others did surprise me. Kept me entertained for sure.
