A book that really makes you think! What would you miss about your life if the world collapsed? And after that, how would you move on to find some kind of hope and meaning? I recommend if questions like that interest you, but not necessarily if you’re looking for an action packed post-apocalyptic story.

Kind of crazy that it was written before covid considering the subject matter.

I don't know how to feel about this book! I rushed through it due to a mis-timed library loan. It's not the kind of novel to be rushed.

It was so atmospheric, and I enjoyed how the author weaved all the characters' webs together.

I may revisit this in future to savour it properly.
