All in all, I found it an enjoyable book, but by the end I was quite done with the writing style. It's modernized a lot, to the point that it feels rather forced, and if I have to read "so shoot me" one more time I will scream and tear the book in half.
But it was nice to learn about Norse mythology, and I even remembered one story from the Spirits podcast, so that was fun.
