Foul mouthed and funny. Ali always gets me to giggle. I loved that this book was a letter to her girls to show give them stories of their mother's youth and to stomp some advice down their throats whether they want it or not. But certainly for when they're older. If you don't like talk of eating a$$ skip this one. But for those with a raunchy sense of humor, grab the audiobook and listen to Ali read it herself. Its 6 hours of fun.

A raw and truthful perspective of being a woman in stand up comedy, a world deeply recognized for its male forces. Yet, Ali Wong brings a new perspective to it, sharing her feelings, her life experiences and herself to become more beautiful in her daughters’ eyes. Not easy to read, but honestly revealing.

So this is my bad for not knowing anything about Ali Wong except she had stand up specials when she was pregnant. Way too raunchy for my taste but I liked her stuff about motherhood.
