chapter 7 of Hush tried to make Batman oh so miserable but it was comical to me instead.
i liked the rest. and the water color art of the flashback scenes is incredible.

Oh, that one was good!
The story was great with the ongoing mystery of who the new bad guy is (Had a theory, thought theory died but it was my theory. :)) and everything going on with Catwoman.
I loved that Nightwing and Robin (Tim) showed up. *__*
The thing with Jason? For a bit I thought I accidently picked up the issues in which he comes back (keep in mind - I barely know anything about Batman since I'm only tipping my toes into it and that was actually only the second Batman comic I've read so far but I know a bit from the internet.) and squeed but, well, it wasn't so.
The artwork? Wow. There are some incredible pieces of art in this one. Wow!
I really enjoyed reading this one. :)

I really liked it! The ending made me extremely confused, but overall, it was really fun. Also, I loved the appearance of Catwoman, and how Batman’s mind work. Reaaaally good!

I keep going back to Batman hoping I'll get a suped-up noir detective story and i keep ending up with a sad angry man whose single redeeming quality is that he's not keen on murdering people. Hush is no exception, it's a wild goose chase that allows for a greatest hits parade of villains, drowned in gratuitous fan service. It might function as an introduction to modern Batman lore, but it certainly didn't leave me looking for more. I'm also not a massive fan of Lee's hyper realistic art style, which loses all sense of dignity and anatomical feasibility during action sequences. Overall its fine for what it is, but this is hardly in the ranks of the greatest graphic novels I've read and seems deeply overrated.
One of the best Batman stories I've ever read. Shows in great detail the depth of the character and does a full review of allies and foes while developing a great detective story. Good starting point for anyone interested in catching up with the modern Batman, although for that I recommend following this guide http://acomicbookblog.com/2011/03/batman-where-to-start-reading/
The whole things gets a little melodramatic and barmy but it also functions as a Batman’s greatest hits. I like the portrayal of Huntress and Tim Drake and even The Riddler but Harold’s story is pretty awful and Ras and Talia suffer from not being as exotic as they once were. Still, good stuff.
A conspiracy of villains, occasional allies, old acquaintances, and romantic interests seem bent on finally doing in the Batman. And to further confuse things, they appear to keep switching sides, so it becomes difficult to tell friend from foe.
Picture and plot are carefully, artistically composed to display the vitality of about two dozen of DC’s characters as they parade through the story. The series is also drawn, inked and colored in exquisite detail.
